Were seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Remote Marketing Content Manager. In this dynamic role, you will develop, manage, and optimize a comprehensive suite of marketing collateral and sales enablement materials. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, including investment professionals, advisors, Product, Sales, and Creative, to align materials with business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
This is a contract role through 12 / 2025 with possibility of an extension.
To be considered for this role candidates MUST have experience with Financial Services such as retirement planning, 401k, etc. Candidates also MUST have Content Management experience and MUST have experience using the Seismic platform.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain a portfolio of marketing and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with investment professionals and advisor teams to ensure materials reflect current offerings and address content gaps.
- Draft detailed creative briefs to guide the Creative team.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, solve problems, and report on project progress.
- Ensure materials comply with regulatory requirements through Compliance and Legal reviews.
- Leverage tools like Seismic to organize, distribute, and track marketing assets.
- Proofread and edit materials for accuracy, grammar, and overall quality.
- Foster communication and alignment among stakeholders by keeping all parties informed.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree required.
Experience :
5 years in marketing management, content management, etc
Experience developing multimedia communications (e.g., print, video, email, web).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables. Experience in the financial services / technology industry / banking / financial advisory
Skills :
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Seismic, and project planning tools.
Adaptability in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Ability to write consumer-facing content is a plus.
