What does a Business Insights Analyst II do at Swire Coca-Cola?
We are seeking a talented and driven Business Insights Analyst II to join our Data Apps team. In this role, you will leverage your strong knowledge and experience with SQL Databases and business intelligence reporting tools to develop comprehensive business intelligence reports and conduct ad hoc analysis. You will be responsible for understanding data management policies, procedures, and best practices, and effectively communicating and presenting your findings to key stakeholders. Your proficiency with Microsoft Office and your demonstrated skills in organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal areas will be crucial. If you have a deep understanding of Business Intelligence processes and workflows, knowledge of sales and business processes, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while being detail-oriented and an effective communicator, we want to hear from you! Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Food and Beverage Manufacturing, or Retail business.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end research and analysis of business opportunities, build financial models, and develop business intelligence reports with little or no direction
- Engage business units as a business intelligence consultant to develop enterprise analytics in direct support of various departments
- Enhance the efficiency of monthly processes and track key business indicators as requested by management
- Implement improvements to existing reporting through automation and integration
- Collaborate with the data warehousing team for data engineering and modeling requirements
- Guide systems development including DOMO, Power BI, and Azure SQL to help create a more accountable, performance-driven culture
- Produce intelligent analysis and reporting in support of Category and Sales teams
- Train Business Insights Analyst I in data systems, team processes, and data visualization best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or quantitative discipline required
- 2 years' Experience using large complex data sets to produce reporting and insights required
- 2 years Creating Visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools required
- 2 years' Experience with SQL, Python, R, and other languages required
- 2 years ETL or data engineering specific experience preferred
- 2 years' Experience with Snowflake or other cloud providers preferred
