Responsibilities:
Base pay range is $88,627 to $110,784 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Routing – ensure efficient delivery sequencing, and that all routes get delivered
- Work with Sales and Merch and drivers and receive feedback and take actions to improve service and cost for future routes
- Coach, train, develop current employees and ensure staffing levels are met through hiring
- Support Region or Company wide Distribution Optimization initiatives
- Samsara – Making sure that there is no unassigned drive time for vehicles, making sure that drivers are completing their DVIRs, making sure that drivers are compliant with HOS
- Ensuring our equipment is safe to operate and our employees know how to work safely, ensuring employees are up to date with all safety training
- Understanding DOT regulations and ensuring that equipment is up to standards
- Ensuring that drivers have up to date JJ Keller files, vehicle registrations are kept up to date
- Fuel reconciliation
- Reviewing timesheets, managing to a payroll budget, vacation scheduling
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Class A CDL License preferred
- 4-6 years supervisory experience required
- 2-4 years distribution experience in direct store delivery environment required
- Beverage industry experience preferred
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with other departments & functions
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- General understanding of how Commercial tractor- trailers work
- Understanding of DOT regulations
