Job Title: Global QHSE Program Manager
Location: USA (Remote)
Reporting to: Global Head of QHSE
Job Summary
A fixed term role supporting Swissport to implement key technological enhancements to safety management across its network. The role holder is accountable for business implementation of Ideagen’s DevonWay software solution (internally branded “iCare App”) and shall work closely with the vendor and Swissport IT Project Manager to ensure a successful rollout according to the agreed project plan.
In addition, the role holder may be asked to support other QHSE projects from time to time.
Job Responsibilities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee might occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Job Title: Global QHSE Program Manager
Location: USA (Remote)
Reporting to: Global Head of QHSE
Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Develop the project plan for configuration, testing, training and rollout of the iCare App across the Swissport network
- Work with the vendor and internal stakeholders to execute the agree plan
- Facilitate workshops (virtual and in-person) to support the business process design, configuration, training planning and rollout phases
- Prepare weekly and monthly project updates for stakeholders, including a monthly Steerco
- Escalate risks and issues in a timely fashion to project Sponsors and Steerco
- Support the preparation of training and briefing materials, presenting to user groups as required
- Support live training for global and regional superusera
- University technical degree/professional qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
- Demonstrable leadership experience gained in a multi-sited, multi-cultural international business, ideally within aviation services
- Experience in managing Quality, Health, Safety and Environment in an industrial environment
- Experience in project management of QHSE software application configuration and rollout
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to achieve goals while meeting the needs of an international business
- Able to influence internally and externally
- Able to work independently and be effective in an evolving, fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communications skills with associated ability to produce project status updates and reports
