Key Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations.
- Oversee change management programs and initiatives.
- Optimize work practices within areas of expertise.
- Manage and reduce risks to the plant.
- Provide reliability analyses and evaluations, particularly for projects.
- Evaluate design alternatives and provide solutions.
- Design and install new or replacement equipment.
- Collaborate with consultants and contractors to achieve engineering objectives.
- Troubleshoot systems with Operations and Maintenance to resolve issues.
- Ensure safety of work practices and procedures.
- Monitor and recommend new technologies for improving efficiency, reliability, and longevity.
