This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless benefits processes, managing vendor relationships, handling complex employee inquiries, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in benefits administration, compliance, and systems management.

Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration : Support the day-to-day operations of health, financial, and time away programs. Provide functional support to employees needing assistance with Benefits
Employee Self Services (ESS) transactions in Workday. Assist with personal leaves, accommodations, outplacement services, worker compensation requests and assist with confirming return to work dates for all leaves as needed.
Employee Support : Act as a primary contact for Tier 2 employee queries and assist Scaled Support with Tier 0 / 1 queries as needed via JIRA Cloud ticketing system and support the Benefits COE team on all operational needs.
Vendor & Carrier Coordination : Manage relationships with benefits vendors, ensuring service levels are met and resolving escalations as needed.
Enrollment & Data Management : Oversee benefits enrollment, ensuring accurate data entry and processing within HRIS and benefits systems. Partner with the Business Systems team to resolve benefits-related system issues, implement process improvements, and test system changes as needed.
Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local benefits regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA). Prepare and submit required compliance filings and reports including required notice distributions.
Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements to streamline benefits processes, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
Open Enrollment Support : Assist in planning and executing open enrollment, including system setup, communications, and employee support.
Audits & Reconciliation : Conduct audits of benefits enrollment data and invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Skills :
Experience using Workday HCM (Workday Benefits is a plus)
Familiar with JIRA Cloud or similar ticketing tracking system
Advance experience with google docs and microsoft office a plus
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data
Passionate about developing efficient processes and driving results
Attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy
Basic knowledge of benefits federal, state, and local laws and best practices
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Collaboration : Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, payroll, finance, and external vendors
Education :
3 years of previous Benefits experience in the US (global experience
