Instructional Designer (Hybrid - Chicago)

Are you a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with a knack for project management?

We are seeking a dynamic Instructional Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to revamp existing learning materials and develop new, engaging content from the ground up. You'll be working in a hybrid environment, based in Chicago, and will utilize your instructional design expertise alongside project management skills to deliver impactful training solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Content Revamp: Analyze and rework existing learning content to enhance its effectiveness and engagement.
• Curriculum Development: Design and develop new learning programs and materials from scratch, tailored to meet specific training needs.
• Project Management: Manage instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Learning Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• 2 years of experience in instructional design (open to 1 years at an enterprise level company).
• Proven ability to design and develop engaging learning materials.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working 1 in a fast-paced environment
