Are you a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with a knack for project management?
We are seeking a dynamic Instructional Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to revamp existing learning materials and develop new, engaging content from the ground up. You'll be working in a hybrid environment, based in Chicago, and will utilize your instructional design expertise alongside project management skills to deliver impactful training solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Content Revamp: Analyze and rework existing learning content to enhance its effectiveness and engagement.
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop new learning programs and materials from scratch, tailored to meet specific training needs.
- Project Management: Manage instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
- Learning Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years of experience in instructional design (open to 1 years at an enterprise level company).
- Proven ability to design and develop engaging learning materials.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
