This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a growing office with a tenured team of accomplished trial attorneys and litigators handling complex, high-stakes litigation across a wide range of industries.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in California (in good standing).
- 10 years of substantive experience in complex commercial litigation , including trial experience in state and federal courts .
- Extensive experience drafting pleadings , managing discovery , and preparing for depositions .
- Strong background in arguing discovery motions , dispositive motions , and / or class certification motions .
- Proven ability to manage cases from inception to resolution .
- Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to contribute to a fast-growing office and expand the firm’s litigation practice.
