Synchro is seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for Sales and Business Development to help expand our footprint and continue our rapid growth. The Business Development Rep will be responsible for Business Development and Sales to mostly new and some existing clients in contract and permanent placement of engineering / technical skillsets across Texas. The successful candidate will work closely with their Recruiting Team and Client’s Hiring Managers to assist in developing staffing, teaming, and talent acquisition strategies.

As an Account Executive you will :

  • Drive business growth through new sales revenues by developing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Create new business opportunities and prospects via research, lead generation, networking, phone, and in-person appointments.
  • Schedule discovery meetings to identify needs and challenges of prospective and current clients.
  • Develop strategic solutions to meet client needs and effectively present those solutions along with company services to both new and existing clients.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction by providing high-end customer service and results.
  • Work closely with Recruiting teams to facilitate a successful delivery model for our customers.

What you need to succeed :

  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
  • 2 years in overall sales / business development
  • 1 years in Staffing sales / business development
  • Exceptional oral / written communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and be proactive with minimal management oversight.
  • Highly effective Business development skills to be able to develop and foster relationships with new and existing companies.
  • Strong Negotiation skills with the ability to understand and negotiate staffing agreements.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Salary : $50k - $60k
