Synchron has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst to support the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Information Warfare (DCNO N2/N6). N2/N6 is the Navy’s primary office for resourcing such capabilities as intelligence, cyber warfare, command and control, electronic warfare, battle management, oceanography and meteorology amongst others. Its mission is to provide end-to-end accountability for Navy information requirements, investments, capabilities and forces.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide array of analytical, professional, support and administrative services in support of the N2N6 Resource Sponsor
- Provide POM and PPBE coordination and development support
- Support development of reports of findings
- Assist the program in providing advisory services for relevant program office technologies
- Provide additional tasking as requested
- 5 years of overall experience in either Tactical Networks and Communication, Command, and Control (C3) programs, projects, and initiatives areas – OR – five years of experience supporting Navy POM submissions
- Working knowledge Navy financial management and IT system databases. Preferred databases include: RAPS, PBIS, PBIS-IT, DITPR-DON, and DADMS. Data-mining these and other data sources, both within and external to the DoD, is required.
- Active Top Secret clearance required
- Comprehensive experience working within the POM process and Navy C3 programs is desired
