Role Summary / Purpose :
The VP, Credit Strategies Implementation Lead for Product, Mobile Wallets and New Client Integration (NCI) is a key position reporting to the VP, Account Management Implementation Leader. This role will be individually accountable for several work streams supporting strategy implementation and new client initiatives for the Account Management and Transaction Fraud teams. The work items will support multiple production processes enacting strategy changes, merchant partner specific requirements, custom solutions for unique events, which may be outside of standard processes, as well as automation of pervasive new processes. The role will require you to be both technical as well as a leader in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment, and you will play an important role ensuring critical processes are executed within the various sub-systems. In addition, you will serve as a key contributor surrounding new initiatives and new products.
This role will lead the requirements gathering, prioritization discussions, and implementation schedules for the above efforts. This role will have direct reports and will coordinate with other members of the AMTF implementation team across US and India matrix organization.

Essential Responsibilities :
- Lead prioritization efforts by partnering with the AMTF new client initiatives onboarding, mobile wallets, and new products teams to understand the business value. Provide guidance on trade-offs and phased approach implementation alternatives to the team.
- Lead end-to-end Credit and Fraud Strategy run execution requests, from requirements to release, often working closely with FISERV.
- Represent and be a thought leader for the Strategy Implementation Account Management Processes in New Product Setups, QA processes, Proof of Concepts (POC).
- Mentor, develop and support best practices, skills development of the team members and foster One Synchrony mindset. Lead and communicate with data and critical thinking, empathy for others and best practices.
- Work closely and across the team with the business owners, and the account management implementation teams during implementation cycles to provide quality assurance support, user acceptance test (UAT) necessary both during the testing as well as during production roll out.
- Lead troubleshooting and execute remediation from implementation anomalies when necessary.
- Provide Audit Support to all applicable audits.
- Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned.

The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level, or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro, and Seattle.
