Our client, an Entertainment Company, is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator on a freelance basis ASAP!
This role is fully onsite in NYC through June 2025
Job Description
- Provide logistics support for multiple channels (retail, direct to consumer, etc)
- Work closely with Logistics Manager to ensure timely deliveries to and from fulfillment centers
- Prepare logistics reports
- Coordinate process of inbound and outbound goods
- Purchase supplies & work with vendors
- Manage shipment scheduling through various tracking platforms
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment or music industry
- Experience using data reporting systems
- Experience with order management and customer service
