- Lead business immigration cases, particularly PERM's, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and file H-1B, L-1, PERM, and employment-based green card petitions with USCIS.
- Conduct legal research, develop case strategies, and advise clients on best legal approaches.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service.
- Manage and mentor paralegals and legal staff on case preparation and strategy.
- 5 years of experience in business immigration law, with expertise in PERM's and employment-based petitions.
- Business Immigration Attorney with 5 years of expertise in PERM's and employment-based immigration cases
- A proven track record, strong legal writing skills, and the ability to manage complex cases while ensuring compliance.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and provide strategic client guidance.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
