What You'll Do As The Associate Attorney
- Deliver expert legal counsel on employment-based immigration cases
- Craft and submit petitions and applications for various work visa categories
- Engage with employers and HR professionals to gather case evidence
- Perform in-depth legal research and compose compelling arguments
- Keep clients informed of case progress and developments
- Advocate for clients in administrative proceedings
- Monitor and adapt to changes in immigration policies and regulations
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar license (Massachusetts preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Demonstrated expertise in employment-based immigration cases (e.g., H-1B, L-1, PERM)
