Responsibilities:
- Executing and enhancing the design intent while preparing construction documents
- Supervising small and medium size teams of professional and technical support personnel for projects
- Managing and delivering the production of the construction documents for small and medium sized projects
- Providing technical support to project team members
- Assisting in marketing tasks
- Assisting market segment leaders and the marketing department in the preparation of design documents and presentation material
- Performing schematic design and design development
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as an architect
- Experience in science and technology projects
- RA license required
- Bachelor of Architecture degree
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
