Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a dealer development strategy to optimize market coverage and network growth.
- Identify key market opportunities and recruit high-potential dealer partners.
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring dealers meet financial, operational, and service standards.
- Monitor dealer performance metrics, including sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop tailored business growth strategies in collaboration with dealers and the sales team.
- Oversee training programs to equip dealers with the tools and knowledge for success.
