Job Overview
Synerfac seeks a qualified Human Resource and Procurement Manager to oversee all human resource activities, procurement tasks, and provide support to the Plant Manager and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a human resource capacity and possess strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new hiring process including eligibility verification, background screening, pre-employment physical, drug screening administration, benefits implementation, and bonus calculations.
- Perform payroll-related tasks, including communication with employees regarding bonuses and postings.
- Oversee performance review process, preparation, and follow-ups.
- Manage job posting, candidate resume reviews, interviewing process, safety trainings, plant inspections, and OSHA compliance monitoring.
- Procure local and international goods for operations via SAP and manage approved supplier lists, vendor evaluations, and vendor agreements/contracts.
- Conduct monthly and annual inventory counts and communicate results.
- Support customer service and substitute CS during vacation or absences.
