Mechanical Technician

Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (12.5 hour shifts). Schedule: Long Week: 5 days (e.g., Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday). Short Week: 2 days (e.g., Tuesday, Wednesday).
Required Education: * College degree or technical equivalent (e.g., trade school certification, associate degree in a related field).Required Technical Expertise: * Proficiency in welding techniques. * Experience working with chains, rollers, and mechanical drives. * Ability to replace, rebuild, and maintain drives, pumps, and motors.Required Soft Skills: * Strong initiative and drive to solve problems independently. * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. *
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.Key Responsibilities: * Perform welding tasks to repair and maintain equipment *
Work with chains, rollers, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations * Replace, rebuild, and maintain drives, pumps, and motors *
