Technical Writer- 100% Remote Work within Texas

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation, including how-to guides, manuals, references, or instructions. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. This individual will also meet with customer representatives frequently in order to understand required content.

Location: Austin Texas

Exp: Minimum 12 Years Must

NOTE : Position will be 100% Remote Work within Texas

Responsibilities

• Technical Writing: Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Software Documentation: Familiarity with documenting software issues, release notes, and technical guides
• Jira: Experience with Jira or similar application life-cycle management tools
• Collaboration: Strong ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Customer Service: Experience in customer service, with strong communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation tasks.
• Training and Support: Experience in training other team members.
• Texas Student Data System (TSDS): Experience working with the TSDS and its data collections.
