- Collaborate with senior management to achieve sales and profit goals.

- Implement process improvements to optimize product and vendor databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or 4-10 years of experience and/or training.
- Proven track record of success in merchandising or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus, but not required.
