JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of two years of supervisory or managerial experience in mental or behavioral health

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of two years of supervisory or managerial experience in mental or behavioral health
- Master's (Required)
- LCPC, LCSW-C, LPC (Required)
- Leadership Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsible for administrative oversight of the Outpatient Mental Health Center daily operations
- Provide administrative oversight to the Family Support Worker Coordinator, Intake Manager and Medical Department
- Provide initial administrative oversight new initiatives to ensure viability until the program can support ongoing staffing
- Oversee and monitor Key Performance Indicators of the Intake Manager to ensure positive outcome
- Oversee Intake Processes
- Oversee Medical Director and Psychiatric Nurse and ensure scheduling and documentation compliance
- Oversee IT Specialist related to Best Notes
- Oversee EVS and Reauthorization process
- Oversee Medicare program
- Oversee OMHC growth
- Participate in outreach activities
- Complete staff performance reviews
- Monitor physical plant and equipment
- Other duties as assigned
