Position: HR Coordinator
As the HR Coordinator at SYNERGY HomeCare of South Denver, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing human resources functions specific to the non-medical home care industry. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of HR, including compensation, benefits administration, corrective action/disciplines, caregiver reviews and assisting with answering phones.
We also have an all hands on deck type of mentality. We all need to assist with scheduling and answering phones from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in administering company benefits programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances, 401K, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage quarterly caregiver review process
Corrective Action/Disciplines:
- Assist in developing and implementing corrective action and discipline procedures.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
Training:
- Assist with quarterly training programs for caregivers in accordance with Colorado State regulations and requirements.
Qualifications:
- HR Human Resources Experience or equivalent experience in Healthcare Setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
