Business Analyst Job Description

• Evaluate and break down current business processes and data integration across various technologies.
• Define and document future-state processes and align them with functional solutions.
• Gather and analyze data from internal and external sources to evaluate products, services, and processes.
• Prepare project documentation, including business cases, scopes, requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Identify trends in complex datasets and translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts to confirm business and functional needs.
• Present data analyses, recommendations, and insights to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to develop innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Support product managers with meeting materials, notes, and business reviews.
• Track deliverables and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Contribute to all project phases, focusing on requirements, testing, and change management.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including FAQs and runbooks.
• Gather and prioritize user feedback on CRM and analytics products.
• Act as the primary contact for CRM product-related support and expertise.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
• Strong skills in analyzing tools, databases, and recommending software solutions.
• High attention to detail and thorough documentation abilities.
• Proven ability to solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Adaptable, goal-oriented, and eager to improve business processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other project management software.
