A well-established, growing company in the Blue Springs area is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to add to its team.
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper include:
- Entry of accounts payable
- Accounts receivable, invoicing/billing, posting payments, cash receipts
- Review credit card statements and reconcile against receipts
- Daily electronic bank deposits
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Enter G/L entries and make adjustments
- Daily and weekly reports
- Payroll and HR assistance
- Any other needs as assigned by the Manager
Requirements for the Bookkeeper position:
- 3 years Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Experience with SAGE100, Microsoft Dynamics or similar accounting software preferred
- Excel and MS office experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
