- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers to foster positive relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer experience.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
- Utilize bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist a diverse clientele effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in office software and systems related to customer service operations.
