Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding client services.

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
  • Assist clients with account-related questions and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers to foster positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
  • Utilize bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist a diverse clientele effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software and systems related to customer service operations.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally.
  • Ability to handle outbound calling tasks confidently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.01 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
