Business Systems Analyst (San Diego, California): Analyze and evaluate existing business process, data flows and technology needs of various modules of the MedIntelli product. Analyze existing features of the healthcare software systems and system specifications and design new changes to incorporate into the MedIntelli Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Product in accordance with new health care laws and global changes in health care processes. Analyze user requirements of healthcare systems and define procedures to automate existing systems and their functionality. Define healthcare system capabilities and automate workflow and scheduling. Engage in data mapping of EDI transactions to integrate lab reports into MedIntelli. Work on the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) on Electronic Health Record (EHR) reporting methods for Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive programs. Create BRD and FRD for new requirements and functional changes is MedIntelli. Engage in unit/integration testing of the end-to-end EMR process and develop test cases. Implement the eSignature feature in various modules of MedIntelli. Sort out the data processing requirements and workflow to perform Statistical Analysis of health claims and patient data with user friendly reports. Review and evaluate reports of Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs) for healthcare services provided by Eligible Professionals (EPs). Generate reports for Electronic Specifications for Clinical Quality Measures EPs and Eligible Hospitals for meaningful use criteria. Req: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field plus 2 years of experience in similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to work in various unanticipated locations throughout the US. Relocation benefits offered. No telecommuting. $115,000/year.
