• Location: Eatontown, NJ (requires on-site work due to security)
• Schedule/Pay: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Salary: $110,000 - $145,000

• Serves as the senior most finance / accounting professional on-site at our 120,000sq/ft warehouse located in Eatontown, NJ. We employ approximately 65 full-time employees in the USA and product a highly secure digital product used globally.
• Responsible for all accounting relation functions associated with our manufacturing site. Corporate reporting structure (European based headquarters). Eatontown is our only US based location, with other locations in Europe, Africa, and South America.
• Billing (we manufacture for a very small list of customers
• Account Receivables & Accounts Payables
• General Ledger entries
• Cost Accounting
• Inventory Accounting 
• Monthly Reconciliations
• Sales & Use Tax (quarterly)
• Cash Applications, Revenue flow
• Coordinates and helps prepare annual budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Prepare reports and assist corporate with regulatory filing information
• Supports month-end and year-end closing process
• Monitors weekly and monthly cashflows 

• Bachelors degree from an accredited US college or university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or other related field is required.  MBA preferred. CPA or CMA is preferred, not required.
• Must possess at least three (3) or more years direct experience serving as the senior most accounting / finance person on-site, preferably from another manufacturing / warehouse location.
• Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Creating financial statements
• General ledger functions
• Month-end / year-end closing
• Prior ERP / Accounting software experience 

Salary : $110,000 - $145,000
