Controls Specialist
Ackerman, MS
System One is currently seeking a Controls Specialist on a 2 year contract position located in Ackerman, MS.
Controls Specialist Responsibilities:
- Support and transition between multiple mid to large sized projects
- Check cables and wiring in the field
- Perform and assist in site walk downs (some travel required)
- Prepare cost estimates
- Supporting start up
- Prepare layouts and conceptual designs.
- Work environment is a coal-fired electric generating plant.
- Time will be split between a controls office environment and out in the field inside the plant.
Controls Specialist Requirements:
- Physical requirements include walking, climbing stairs, ladder climbing, kneeling, squatting, bending and reaching.
- Level 1- 0-5 years experience, Level 2- 5-7 years experience, Level 3- 7-10 years
Duration: 2 years
Location: Ackerman, MS
Pay Rate:
Level 1- 45/hr
Level 2- 50/hr
Level 3- 55/hr
PD and mob/demob paid for non-local candidates
