Disability Leave Benefits Specialist Requirements:
The team operates in central time, supporting some people in mountain time. Standard working hours are between 8:00 to 5:00, with flexibility. It is a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with no anticipated overtime.
Pay rate: $25.50/hr.
Contract Duration: 10-Months
Project Location: Denver, CO (Remote)

Disability Leave Benefits Specialist Job Summary-
- The contractor will use the case tracking program, ServiceNow, attend meetings as needed, work with managers, partners, workforce relations, HR business consulting, and the vendor (the Hartford) for short term disability, long term disability, parental leave, and FMLA plans.
- The internal team consists of five members. The contractor will support bargaining units (around 5000 people) and non-bargaining employees, with about 50 to 100 active cases at a time.
Disability Leave Benefits Specialist Requirements:
- Required skills include experience with STD, LTD, FMLA, ADA accommodations, and case management.
- Preferred experience with technology platforms like UKG, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in benefits administration, leave management, and ADA accommodations.
