Summary
The Document Control Coordinator II is responsible for receiving, maintaining, validating, inventorying, printing, and issuing of project documents received from project stakeholders in the DMS according to the Document Management Plan. Coordinator is under the direction and reports to Document Control Manager.
Work Schedule: Work hours will vary depending on site needs, can be anywhere from 6am-5:30pm, 10hr days with a fifty-hour week, but overtime and weekends are possible. (Subject to Change).

The Document Control Coordinator II is responsible for receiving, maintaining, validating, inventorying, printing, and issuing of project documents received from project stakeholders in the DMS according to the Document Management Plan. Responsibilities:
- Processing in accordance with established procedure all incoming and outgoing project documents,
- The receiving, tracking, retrieval and distribution of all project documentation, including, but not limited to: Transmittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Correspondence, Other Notices such as Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), Field Memos, Field Action Requests (FAR), Meeting minutes, Safety Documents, Contracts, Drawings and Specifications, and Daily Reports,
- Distribute documents in an accurate and timely manner,
- Perform periodic audits of record information,
- Accurately and effectively communicate with other members of the project team regarding document status.
