Compensation: $27.00/hour
Type: Internship (January 6, 2025 – September 26, 2025)
Overview
Our client is seeking an Equipment Engineer Intern to support product development and project management efforts. This role involves working on cutting-edge equipment and chemical technology projects while collaborating with Product Development Engineers and Specialists. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or current student in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field with hands-on mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing and statistical analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test new equipment and chemical technologies.
- Create and manage technical drawing packages.
- Evaluate and integrate digital technologies to enhance equipment processes and user experiences.
- Create customer-focused instructional videos and update marketing content for new products.
- Support laboratory work and onsite activities with some flexibility for remote tasks based on project assignments.
Requirements
- Working towards or holding a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- Preferred knowledge and experience with SolidWorks.
- Some experience in manufacturing processes, statistical analysis, and project management.
- Strong technical aptitude, hands-on mechanical skills, and laboratory expertise.
- Teamwork and effective communication skills (both written and oral).
