Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and reconciling monthly benefits invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with employee records.
- Help conduct I-9 audits for both active and terminated employees, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
- Maintain and organize employee files by adding updated resumes and other relevant documents to active employee files.
- Download and organize new hire documents from PrimePay for all active employees to ensure records are complete.
- Assist with organizing, reviewing, and providing support in the approval process for various HR-related invoices.
- Assist HR Manager with Organizing HR Compliance & Events Calendar for 2025
- Provide support for special HR projects on an Ad Hoc basis
- Provide support for day to day HR Operations including data entry, filing and other administrative tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
