Machine Maintenance Mechanic

Hours: Mon-Fri
Description:
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
- Repair, rebuild and replace parts as needed.
- Complete Preventative maintenance of various machines including determination of which maintenance is required.
- Complete machine and plant repairs.
- Perform machine and coolant tank clean-outs per work instruction.
- Maintain a safe, clean machine and work environment.
- Assist in periodic cleaning and refilling of parts cleaning sink.
- Perform other assignments as required by the Maintenance Supervisor including assistance in other areas.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding and replacing parts when required. CNC Machines include: Swiss, Star, Moris and Hass CNC Machines
- Must have general knowledge of various production machinery within a machine-shop facility
- Basic building maintenance experience preferred
