What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Administrator position at System One?
System One is looking for a network administrator to join one of our dynamic clients based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role requires providing support and maintenance for critical network infrastructure, as well as ensuring the security and reliability of all network systems. Additionally, responsibilities will include configuring, managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the business’s networking equipment and services. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will require someone to be full-time, on-site Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.

- Maintain and optimize the organization’s network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, switches and VPN’s
- Track network performance, troubleshoot problems, and apply fixes to improve efficiency and security
- Provide timely and effective resolution of networking issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily business operations.
- Investigate and propose approaches for optimizing server system management
- Handle network backup processes, making sure network configurations are securely backed up
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in network administration or a related IT field
- 2 proficiency in managing network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- 2 years related work experience managing Windows core services
- 2 years related experience with network hardware
- Ability to work full-time, on-site during normal business hours
- Willingness to be available for evening and weekends as needed
