to oversee the main communication system. The ideal candidate must be proficient in handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and transferring calls to appropriate departments, as well as taking precise messages while displaying the utmost level of professionalism. The candidate will be handling multiple lines and directing inquiries from customers and employees to specific departments or personnel within the company to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

- Responsibly manage the company’s communication center by answering telephone inquiries, forwarding calls, and providing assistance to callers in a highly courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
- Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate personnel in multiple departments.
- Ensure that the switchboard area is clean, tidy, and stocked with the necessary supplies at all times.
- Answer and forward phone inquiries, faxes, and emails to the respective department personnel.
- Effectively communicate with individuals outside the organization with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming calls, outgoing calls, and other communications in the appropriate system.
- Uphold a high level of discretion in dealing with confidential information when taking messages or forwarding calls.
- Operate office software applications and office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- 1 year minimum managing a multi-line phone system with high volume calls
- Medical industry experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
