In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support, configuration, and maintenance of all the workstations within the company’s infrastructure. You will be supporting users, managing help desk tickets, and assisting the team in supporting critical applications.

Job Responsibilities:
Adds/Moves/Changes
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues by questioning customers about the issues they are facing in a detailed fashion so that they Identify/understand the heart of the problem
Track and maintain support tickets using support desk software
Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software
Trains and orients staff on use of hardware and software
Install and configure applications
Monitor and maintain network/desktop/mobile systems
Assists in maintaining systems documentation
Creation of instructional documentation
Remote desktop support
Mobile device management
Server/system updates
Qualifications & Skills:
Should have 2 - 3 years’ experience
Highly organized – process focused
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Service-oriented and customer-focused
Excellent communication skills

Hybrid position

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
