IT Project Coordinator II (Hardeeville/Hilton Head)-On-Site
SYSTEMTEC is seeking an IT Project Coordinator with 3 years of experience with IT Project coordination for a year contract with possible extensions. In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for project coordinator activities and support of onsite functions including procurement and inventory and asset management, hardware deployment preparations, hardware installation coordination and liaison between IT and operations as required.
Required Qualifications of the IT Project Coordinator II:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- 3 years’ experience as an IT Project Coordinator.
- Microsoft Office
- Role is 100% on-site and will split time in Hardeeville and Hilton Head.
Responsibilities of the IT Project Coordinator II:
· Responsible for project management activities and support of onsite functions including procurement and inventory and asset management, hardware deployment preparations, hardware installation coordination and liaison between IT and operations as required.
· Drives task management and follow-up to ensure projects are current and accurately reflects the project state as well as deadlines are met.
· Responsible for collaborating with project leads/team members to ensure they are updated of any potential issues and risk and provided with that information in a timely manner.
· Obtains, consolidates, and maintains project materials, reports.
· Coordinates meetings to keep projects assigned on schedule.
· Coordinates tasks assigned to meet project needs.
Work Location: 100% On-site. Splits time between Hardeeville and Hilton Head.
