SYSTEMTEC is hiring Mainframe System Support Administrator in Columbia, SC
Work Hours : 10pm - 7am - This is a nighttime position providing system support which includes monitoring our systems for potential issues including identifying issues that may be causing systems performance issues.
Required Qualifications of the Mainframe System Support Administrator :
- pplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Required Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree
- Required Work Experience : 4 years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and / or programming experience
- Required Skills : JCL and CICS troubleshooting
- Nice to have : DB2, IMS, Scripting in VBA or PowerShell, Endevor, Freeze Frame, MQ, and Splunk knowledge is a plus
