SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Supervisor of Participation Operations to join our team Hybrid onsite in Columbia, SC. This role will be centered around ACBS system functionality and and its surrounding applications. This role will oversee technical architectural issues and resolutions for ACBS.
Required Qualifications of the Supervisor of Participation Operations:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
- 8yrs of comparable work experience including supervisory experience
- Requires knowledge of accounting, GAAP, Audit, Commercial Lending, Credit, Risk Management, and Funding terminology - as related to customer/loan data and financial instrument servicing requirements
- Project management and project experience
- Automated origination, accounting and servicing systems, client-server Applications, and mainframe applications
Responsibilities of the Supervisor of Participation Operations:
As a member of the Participation Operations team in the analysis, planning, coordination, and execution of various special projects involving ACBS and the Participations/Syndication Portfolio. The related functions include Accounting and Servicing, Credit Administration support with ACBS, and analysis of business needs related to technical changes and architectural improvements. Extensive "cross system " and "cross function " related knowledge is required.
