POSITION SUMMARY:

Kid’s Club Associates care for children ages 3 months to 12 years while their parents use the facility. 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

•    Up to $11 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role, plus ability to earn commissions.
•    401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.
•    Complimentary Club membership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills & basic math.
• Thorough understanding of Company procedures and Kid’s Club Handbook. 
• Knowledge of how to care for children and keep them occupied in a safe and stimulating  environment. 
• Ability to follow directions. 
• Standing for long periods of time. 
• Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment. 
• Ability to lift a human up to 50 lbs. 
• 1 year previous experience working with children, 1 year experience in customer service. 
• Completion of course work that demonstrates the ability to perform basic math, reading, and communication activities, i.e. High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Demonstrate an ability and interest in all aspects of the company while working in the Kid’s Club.
• Child Care and customer service experience. Computer Experience. 
• Current CPR for adults/children/infants/AED, have 45 days from date of hire to present to  supervisor, certification must remain current throughout employment.
