Scope:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled REMOTE IT Project Manager to join our dynamic IT leadership team. This remote position will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of key IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As part of the IT leadership team, you will play a crucial role in strategic planning, team development, and stakeholder management across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects with budgets up to $5 million. You must have at least 8-10 years of management experience, with the ability to build and foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring that projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work closely with the IT leadership team to set project goals, expectations, and strategies. Mentor and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders across various departments and sites, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations. Facilitate discussions to address project needs, requirements, and changes.
- Work seamlessly with different teams (development, operations, and business units) to ensure smooth coordination and progress on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Manage and facilitate project coordination across different sites, ensuring consistent project execution and adherence to organizational goals.
- Oversee project budgets of up to $5 million, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and financial oversight is maintained.
- Develop and implement training initiatives for team members, enhancing skills, competencies, and performance.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work to streamline project management methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field; master's degree is preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI (Project Management Institute) certification required.
- 8-10 years of management experience, with a proven track record of successful IT project delivery.
- Experience working with project budgets up to $5 million and managing financial resources efficiently.
- Strong background in managing relationships and expectations with stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong analytical approach to project management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and teams.

Salary : $97,300 - $115,100
