Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience and strong background in HVAC and dispatching on Fieldedge, Service Titan, ESC or any other software that supports service companies. Must have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations within our transportation management systems.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information regarding services and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues related to fleet management, transportation planning, and GPS tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with permits, invoicing and all aspects of office operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the HVAC and plumbing
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of fleet management practices and transportation planning principles is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Dispatching experience on Field edge, Service Titan, ESC or other service software.
- Permits, invoicing, Excel, Word and all office support systems.
