What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operational Accounting Administrator (Full-Time, Salary) position at T.E.A.M. Solutions, LLC?
Job Description: Provide consistent and accurate oversight of various financial areas of the company to minimize errors and ensure timeliness of record keeping. A general knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is required to maintain reliable back-office operations. Responsible for overseeing and reconciling financial transactions with the assistance of in-house tools.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate various teams within the company to maintain accurate records of job cost transactions, manage the CRM module, and reconcile entries in the accounting system.
ERP Software:
· Work closely with our sales team in our CRM (customer relationship management).
· Collaborate with Support and Operations staff during the complete life cycle of job:
o Import/Creation
o Material Transfers
o Work Orders
o Reconciliation of Costs and closing
· Database management, ensuring accurate data is being generated by other departments.
· Post basic journal entries to the General and Job Cost Ledgers.
Qualifications:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Basic knowledge of double-entry accounting.
· Willingness to learn and own new, detail-oriented processes.
· Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
· Experience with ComputerEase ERP is a plus, however not required.
· 2-4 years of general / basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
