Compensation :
60,000 - $70,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement – Reach out to potential clients who have already shown interest, offering them personalized and insightful support.
- Listen & Understand – Take the time to fully understand each customer’s needs and provide custom solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Relationship Building – Create and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing consistent, exceptional service.
- Account Management – Keep accurate, organized records of client accounts and ensure all their requests and needs are addressed.
- Problem Solving – Be proactive in resolving customer issues, answering inquiries, and gathering valuable feedback to help us improve our service.
