This full-time position will have you working at our bustling project site in Beaufort, SC. Expect to be on-site, leading your team from the early hours through the end of the workday, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
As a Construction Superintendent, your day begins with a crucial safety meeting, ensuring your team is ready and aware of the day's tasks. You start by conducting a thorough site walk-through, actively engaging in the tasks at hand, and overseeing the quality and efficiency of work performed. Unlike typical roles, you're both directing and actively participating in projects, ensuring that all work aligns with our high standards. Your role involves inspecting ongoing projects, reviewing blueprints and materials, performing rigorous quality control checks, and coordinating closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution. Your hands-on approach and leadership ensure that every aspect of the project meets our stringent standards for quality and production, driving successful project completion!
