It is our mission to help our clients develop strategies to optimize their use of space and resources resulting in maximum benefits; we also deliver quality data and analysis to support our clients’ daily facility operations, planning, and compliance programs. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in San Diego, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with applicants and hiring managers in a timely and professional manner
- Assists with job postings and advertisement process that may include online sources such as LinkedIn
- Work with HR and hiring managers to create and maintain job descriptions
- Identify candidates’ profiles using various sourcing methods
- Schedule interviews, prepare candidates for interviewing process and gather necessary information for hiring managers
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills experience, and aptitudes
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Provide management with status reports, open positions and metrics
- Examine and improve upon our existing hiring processes by identifying areas of opportunity, bottlenecks, and strengths we need to capitalize on
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience-Required
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and solve problems in a timely manner
- Strong technical acumen with ability to efficiently use multiple tools and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Paylocity is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Must have strong MS Office Skills
- Must be able to pass background check
PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- DoD Recruiting experience
- Sourcing experience

Salary Description
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
