What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Development Manager position at T5 Data Centers?
Position Purpose
The Training & Development Manager will design create and implement a comprehensive construction training and development strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives. Training and development needs shall be identified through surveys performance reviews and interviews.
Responsibilities
- Develop training materials and programs for various roles including technical skills and leadership development.
- Facilitate onboarding training for new projects and new personnel as required to meet training program goals.
- Oversee the delivery of training sessions workshops and seminars.
- Ensure all training programs meet industry regulations and safety standards.
- Stay updated on legal requirements and best practices in construction training.
- Lead and manage existing leadership teams to roll out and assist with training.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback evaluations and performance metrics.
- Continuously refine training initiatives based on feedback and changing industry needs.
- Work closely with project managers HR and other departments to ensure training is relevant and effectively addresses operational needs.
- Collaborate with external training providers and industry experts as needed.
- Develop and manage the training budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor training expenses and provide regular reports on training initiatives.
