Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and strategic planning, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project execution.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and networking.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support business development efforts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically about business challenges and opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
