Job Description: Unloading and inspecting aluminum extrusions from age oven cars to pack per customer specification also to assist on re-saws by performing the following duties.

Job Description: Unloading and inspecting aluminum extrusions from age oven cars to pack per customer specification also to assist on re-saws by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
- Packs specified number of parts of finished product as per work orders.
- Operate banding machines and woodcutting saw for wood battens.
- May build specific packaging for shipments using wood, metal banding, plastic or other wrapping materials.
- Follow packing instructions on the plant work orders; ship tolerances, packing requirements, stencil requirements, weight limits, shipping tolerances, etc.
- Prepare and stencil materials to customer requirements.
- Ability to read a tape rule.
- Inspects or measures work.
- Load and unload age ovens and trucks.
- Maintains safe orderly work area.
- May be required to work any shift.
- Overtime required.
- Follows safe work procedures.
