Job Title: Shift Leader
Pacific Bells, a Franchisee of Taco Bell, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to drive the engine room of our million-dollar businesses. This role plays a key part in supporting the RGM and AGM in providing comprehensive Leadership, Performance Management, Operational Metrics, Talent Acquisition, People Development, Culture, Retention, and has some fun along the way.

We operate over 260 Restaurants in 8 States with a lot more growth in the works. Our Corporate HQ is located in Vancouver WA.
About You
- 1-year successful experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry, QSR preferred.
- Able to get stuff done on time and to standard.
- A true hands-on approach to culture and engagement.
- Experience in a rapid and complex changing work environment.
- Strong internal and external customer service focus.
- Good Communicator who can get their point across and listen to others.
- Ability to Plan, Organize, and Follow up to meet standards.
- Adaptability to constant change and ability to guide others through it.
- Importance of Work-life balance and ensuring Team Members have it.
- Effective Time management.
- Ability to tackle Crucial Conversations and resolve Performance Management issues in a timely manner.
